Apple은 iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27에서 사용자가 Google Gemini나 Anthropic Claude 같은 서드파티 AI 모델을 선택해 기본 인텔리전스 기능을 대체할 수 있도록 할 계획입니다. 이 'extensions' 시스템을 통해 Siri, 작성 도구, Image Playground를 App Store에서 설치한 비(非)Apple 모델로 실행할 수 있게 됩니다. Apple은 현재 이러한 통합을 내부적으로 테스트 중입니다.
Apple plans to introduce a system called “Extensions” in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27 this fall, allowing users to replace core Apple Intelligence features with third-party models. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, users can install compatible apps from the App Store and set providers like Google or Anthropic as their preferred AI for Siri, Writing Tools, and Image Playground. The OS will allow users to assign distinct voices to different AI models, and Apple is already testing these integrations internally.
