為何谷歌要用 Gemini 取消助理
谷歌將於2026年停用 Google Assistant 並改用 Gemini。這迫使用戶依賴 AI 的可靠性。
google confirmed it will discontinue google assistant on september 4, 2026, with gemini taking over duties on android, wear os, headphones, and android auto. the transition covers smartphones, tablets, watches, and eventually google tv and home devices. users cannot revert to the old system, raising concerns about whether probabilistic models can handle routine commands as reliably as the previous deterministic assistant. this move represents google's full commitment to ai-first infrastructure, betting that gemini's capabilities outweigh the stability of legacy code.
