百度開源ERNIE 5.5 Flash Base，參數量達2800億

baidu has released ernie 5.5 flash base, an open-source foundation model with 280 billion parameters, using a mixture-of-experts architecture with 14 billion active parameters per input. the model was pre-trained on 33.5 trillion tokens with a training context of up to 128,000 tokens and supports a context of up to one million tokens during fine-tuning and inference. ernie 5.5 flash base is designed for developers to fine-tune and adapt themselves, with a post-trained version planned for release. the model's weights are available on hugging face in fp8 and bf16.
