Apple will pay $250 million to resolve a class-action lawsuit accusing the company of misleading consumers about the availability of Apple Intelligence. The settlement applies to U.S. customers who purchased iPhone 16 models or the iPhone 15 Pro between June 10th, 2024, and March 29th, 2025. The litigation alleged that Apple's advertisements falsely implied the AI features and upgraded Siri would be fully functional at launch, while the actual utility remained limited or absent for weeks.
