ugreen has launched homeagent, a smart home platform that integrates a nas, security camera nvr, and on-device ai assistant in one system. the platform is managed by a voice assistant called uliya and runs locally, addressing concerns around privacy and recurring subscriptions. there are three hub configurations, including the masteragent ma100, which is powered by a nvidia jetson thor t5000 platform and offers up to 2,070 tflops of ai performance. the system provides features like cross-camera tracking, smart alerts, ai-powered video search, and natural language voice control of smart home devices. ugreen's homeagent will launch on kickstarter in october with discounted early-bird pricing.
