saudi aramco is taking a 49% stake in humain, an ai firm founded in may 2025 by the sovereign wealth fund pif. aramco is contributing $2.6 billion in 2026, along with its own ai technology. humain plans to build three gigawatts of data center capacity by 2030, serve demand domestically and abroad, and become a leading ai exporter. the company has already started serving customers with infrastructure built jointly with amd and cisco.
