Ropes & Gray builds OpenAI-powered diligence tool

ropes & gray, a law firm, is working with openai to create an artificial intelligence tool for transactional diligence. this tool will assist lawyers by grouping documents, generating summaries, and creating reports for review. the goal is to streamline the document review process, making it more efficient for lawyers to advise their clients. the tool is currently under development. lawyers will still review and validate the output before providing advice.
