RingCentral has integrated Shopify, Calendly, and WhatsApp into its AI Receptionist (AIR) product to automate order inquiries, appointment scheduling, and messaging. The system now supports automatic language detection across 10 languages and inserts itself into call queues to reduce wait times. Used by over 11,800 businesses, AIR is available as a standalone product for $49 monthly or as an add-on for RingEX customers at $39 monthly, including 100 minutes.
