Microsoft Edge Copilot reads all open tabs
microsoft edge's copilot can now analyze open tabs, access long-term memory, and convert articles to podcasts.
microsoft enhanced the edge browser's copilot with the ability to synthesize information from every open tab at once, enabling product comparisons and article summaries. the assistant now utilizes long-term memory for personalization and can optionally access user browsing history. additional features include 'study and learn' quiz generation and a tool to convert tabs into ai podcasts similar to google's notebooklm. a text-based writing assistant is currently limited to us users.
