Google released AI Mode travel planning featuring Canvas integration to generate custom itineraries with flight, hotel, and attraction options for US users. The company globally introduced individual hotel price tracking on Search and Hotels, available in English and Spanish, and expanded agentic restaurant booking capabilities via AI Mode and Ask Maps to the UK, India, Canada, and Australia. Furthermore, Google will soon enable AI Mode to use Duplex technology to call local stores and verify item availability for shoppers.
