Anthropic's Claude adds live dashboards, animated videos

anthropic launched two new beta features for claude: dashboards and motion. dashboards allows users to connect data sources like bigquery, databricks, snowflake, or salesforce and turn them into auto-updating live dashboards via text prompt. motion creates animated explainer videos from text, diagrams, and images, editable as code and exportable as mp4. dashboards is available for paid users, while motion is exclusive to team and enterprise plans. additionally, anthropic's docs, slides, and design tools are leaving beta and are now available across all plans, including free accounts. over 45 million documents have been created with these tools. the updates come as microsoft is reportedly cutting back on claude usage. claude design will be folded into the main app by december 14.
