OpenAI filed a motion on Sunday revealing text messages allegedly sent by Elon Musk to Greg Brockman two days before their trial began. According to the filing, Musk suggested OpenAI settle the lawsuit, and when Brockman proposed both sides drop their suits, Musk replied: 'By the end of this week, you and Sam will be the most hated men in America.' The judge ruled the settlement exchange inadmissible. Musk's lawsuit aims to dismantle OpenAI's for-profit structure, void Microsoft's licensing agreements, and recover damages.
