Google DeepMind, Microsoft, xAI가 상무부 산하 AI 표준 및 혁신 센터(CAISI)가 출시 전에 새 모델을 심사하도록 허용하기로 합의했습니다. 이 센터는 2024년 이후 주로 OpenAI, Anthropic과 함께 40건의 심사를 수행했으며, 이제 새로운 파트너들을 포함하도록 확대될 예정입니다.
Google DeepMind, Microsoft, and xAI will subject new frontier AI models to pre-deployment review by the US Commerce Department's Center for AI Standards and Innovation (CAISI). CAISI, which has conducted 40 reviews of OpenAI and Anthropic models since 2024, aims to assess capabilities and national security implications prior to public release. This expansion aligns with President Trump’s AI Action Plan, as the administration considers an executive order to formalize oversight of advanced AI systems.
