Microsoftは、128GBのユニファイドメモリを搭載し、120Bパラメータモデルをローカルで実行できるミニPC「Surface RTX Spark Dev Box」を発表した。
microsoft revealed the surface rtx spark dev box, a miniature pc built on nvidia's arm-based rtx spark silicon designed specifically for local-first ai development. the device features a 100-watt thermal envelope and 128gb of unified memory, enabling it to run large ai models with up to 120 billion parameters without relying on the cloud. it replaces qualcomm's canceled snapdragon dev kit, offering developers a dedicated tool for windows on arm and ai workloads. the system ships pre-configured with visual studio code, github copilot, and a windows 11 pro image optimized for coding. it will be available later this year.
