Meta、エンドツーエンド暗号化の「Incognito」AIチャットを開始
MetaのCEO Mark Zuckerbergは、セッション終了後にメッセージが消去されるエンドツーエンド暗号化のAIモード「Incognito Chat」を発表しました。
meta introduced incognito chat for meta ai, utilizing its private processing technology to offer end-to-end encryption and prevent server-side logging of conversations. unlike competitors' temporary chat features that may retain data for abuse detection or processing, meta claims this mode ensures privacy by making messages disappear immediately after the session ends. the feature addresses growing legal scrutiny regarding ai chat logs, which have been subpoenaed in lawsuits and criminal investigations. incognito chat will roll out to whatsapp and the meta ai app over the coming months.
