hackerRank is launching chakra, an ai agent that conducts interviews and evaluates candidates' critical thinking and judgment. chakra has already conducted over 500,000 interviews during testing with companies like snowflake and capgemini. this changes the hiring process, combining three separate rounds into one chakra interview. hackerRank believes this approach provides a more accurate assessment of engineering ability.
